The Li Family

he Li family is widely recognized in Cirebon for their longstanding commitment to charitable and community initiatives. Their active involvement in social and church-related efforts began with the family's late patriarch and has continued across generations.

In 2019, the family donated land and funded the construction of a church in Kuningan, Cirebon — a project that continues to serve the local community under the stewardship of a foundation member.

Blessed with a strong presence in local business, the Li family has served as a distributor of Pertamina lubricants, fuel, and propane gas — a responsibility they have carried with integrity and dedication. In continuation of their charitable mission, the Li family is now collaborating with Mr. Danny Rachmat to establish Prosperous Glory Foundation, expanding their impact by supporting children through shelter, education, and the arts.

Benedict Ivan - Chairman

Benedict Ivan oversees the strategic direction of Prosperous Glory Foundation, bringing a background in business across food production, petroleum distribution, and international trade. A member of the Li family — widely recognized in Cirebon for its charitable legacy — he continues this tradition of service with a focused vision to develop educational and creative spaces for underprivileged children, including the future establishment of a music school.

Jo Thendean - Advisor to the Board

Born in 1977, Jo Thendean pursued his education in Perth, Australia, where he earned a Master’s degree in E-Commerce. It was during his time abroad that he developed a strong calling toward charitable and social outreach, particularly in support of the poor and homeless. Today, he serves as a trusted advisor to the Board of Prosperous Glory Foundation. As a representative of Mr. Danny Rachmat within the foundation, Jo plays a key role in connecting the foundation to major philanthropic circles and donor networks, particularly in Jakarta. His long-standing commitment to social impact continues to align closely with the foundation’s mission and values.

Iwan Cahyono - Executive Director

Iwan Cahyono brings both business acumen and deep community involvement to his role as Executive Director of Prosperous Glory Foundation. Formerly entrusted with a key position within the Li family’s Pertamina distributorship business, he developed strong operational and leadership experience in managing large-scale logistics and distribution.

Beyond business, Iwan played an instrumental role in the construction of the Li family church in Kuningan, Cirebon, where he now serves as an elder. His dedication to social service is defined not only by giving but by active engagement — regularly leading and participating in outreach efforts for underprivileged children. His direct, hands-on approach reflects the foundation’s core values of humility, service, and meaningful impact.
